Centrifugal Castings

Centrifugal casting is a process in which molten metal is poured into a mould that is rotating at high speeds. At VSPL, we are the visionary creators of the Vertical Centrifugal Casting Process. Our process allows for the creation of dense bars with complex geometries and intricate details, making it an ideal solution for critical applications and parts.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE TECHNOLOGY

Impurities inherent to casting, are pushed towards the periphery of the casting due to the applied centrifugal force. These impurities solidify at the skin of the casting, which is later removed during machining

Advanced Mould Engineering

Manufacturing the perfect cast part is a combination of raw materials used, composition / chemistry, cooling parameters during solidification working in perfect harmony during the casting process.
